Best Practices
1. Review Translations
AI is powerful but not perfect. Check:
- Industry-specific vocabulary
- Legal wording
- Proper names
2. Keep Texts Simple
For better translations:
- Short and clear sentences
- Avoid jargon
- No ambiguous abbreviations
3. Test Each Language
Before publishing:
- Preview in each language
- Check the layout
- Test the complete journey
4. Maintain Consistency
- Use uniform vocabulary
- Define a glossary for key terms
- Document translation choices
PDF Template Translation
Document templates can also be translated:
- Create the template in the main language
- Change language in the selector
- Adapt the template content
- The correct template is used based on response language
